Using my health appraisal questionnaire, I can identify the root causes of gastrointestinal stress. From there, I offer personalized guidance to address the issue through a combination of metabolic typing, balancing gut bacteria and natural detox protocols using gentle antimicrobials. Lastly, providing support for processing any underlying mental or emotional stress that may be interfering with healthy digestion

I focus on building functional strength—the ability to move efficiently, powerfully, and with control in real-life situations, not just in the gym. Rather than isolating muscles, we train the body as an integrated system through my proven formula: flexibility, stability, strength, and power.
